Shipping 

Shipping costs are covered by us on New Zealand orders.
Where available, all non-rural orders are sent via NZ Couriers target overnight service.
However, delivery time can vary depending on the destination. 
Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
If in the rare instance your ordered item is not in stock, we will let you know and advise an alternative shipping time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand that purchasing specialised equipment can be a daunting task.
Should your ordered item not suit your requirements or if you have ordered an incorrect product it may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 7 days. 

Returns Eligibility

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days refunds will not be issued.
Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging.
Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used, altered or damaged after purchase.
Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please provide invoice, receipt or order confirmation.

Certain items (e.g. sale items) may be ineligible for return. Please review the product listing for specific exclusions.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your return is approved please ship the item to the provided return address promptly.

Refund process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) and confirmation of your proof of purchase, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs associated with returning the items for a refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the replacement item(s) to you.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not meet these terms and conditions. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact us.

If you feel you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.
Return postage will be arranged and covered by Bell Precision should an incorrect or defective item be dispatched.

International

All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST.
GST does not apply to sale of goods to destinations outside New Zealand.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the order will comply with any import requirements in the destination country, and pay for any customs, duty and import charges.
