Shipping costs for returning service repair items are chargeable.
Where available, all non-rural orders are sent via NZ Couriers target overnight service.
However, delivery time can vary depending on the destination.
Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
If in the rare instance your ordered item is not in stock, we will let you know and advise an alternative shipping time.
We understand that purchasing specialised equipment can be a daunting task.
Should your ordered item not suit your requirements or if you have ordered an incorrect product it may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 7 days.

Bell Precision warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect arises within this period, Bell Precision reserves the exclusive rights to repair, replace or exchange the item or its components with new, re-manufactured, or functionally equivalent parts.
The warranty is void for any product or component that has been damaged due to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, or misuse. Additionally, any repairs performed by unauthorised parties or the use of parts not supplied by Bell Precision will invalidate the limited warranty.
The warranty applies only to defects confirmed by Bell Precision after a detailed assessment conducted by our authorised technicians. Please be assured that all warranty-related repairs and services are handled by our factory-trained technicians based in New Zealand.
All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST.
GST does not apply to sale of goods to destinations outside New Zealand.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the order will comply with any import requirements in the destination country, and pay for any customs, duty and import charges.
